How it works

Simply enter your recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. Your order will be sent straight to them, beautifully packaged and ready to delight — no receipt or pricing information included.

Add a personal gift message

Every candle listing includes a photo of our gift card so you know exactly what to expect. At checkout, simply select the gift message option and write your personal note — we'll print it in our beautiful handwriting-style font on the gift card and include it with your order.

Gift-ready packaging

Every Runcorn Wax candle arrives beautifully presented — whether you choose our signature decorative gift box or the candle-only option, your gift will arrive looking exactly as it should, protected in eco friendly honeycomb-wrap too!

No prices included

We never include a receipt or pricing information inside the parcel, so your recipient won't see what you paid.

Fast dispatch & fully tracked delivery

All orders are created and dispatched the same or next working day. At checkout you can choose your preferred delivery option:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — aims to deliver within 2-3 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — aims to deliver the next working day

Every delivery is fully tracked, so you can have complete confidence your gift will arrive safely.
