I have been using Runcorn Wax for well over a year now and they are just my go too gift for so many occasions. They are gift wrapped to perfection. I've always had such complementary thank's to who every I've gifted them too. I've used them for birthdays, new house, bereavement, anniversaries and obviously Christmas. Emma and her team have gone out of their way to make sure any last minute requests I've made have been sent out that day, if they've been important. And any queries are resolved quickly via email. Ordered the wax melts for wedding favours and they’re such good quality and smell strong! They’re all good quality and uniform in shape, which I appreciate may be a worry for some people when placing a big order. I also think they’re really well priced. Highly recommended x

Bought a personalised candle for a friend following the loss of her dog. I had a query which was responded to very quickly and the item arrived exactly as ordered in a lovely box. I haven’t seen the candle myself so can’t comment on scent etc but my friend said it was lovely. Would certainly purchase again
