Although I haven't yet used the candles (Christmas gifts) it was tempting because they look so beautiful! What I can say is that the care and attention to detail in presentation and packaging are superb! And this was accompanied by great, friendly customer service when there was a tiny delay in postage times, keeping me updated ahead of time. I haven't seen the candle as it was sent as a gift but I like that it was in a box and the matches are a nice touch. There were plenty of emails to let me know where it was and when it was delivered so I didn't have to worry my friend had received it. I would order again.
